You desire finding a health practitioner who lifts you to new heights of health. You want a professional to show you exactly how to bring about the change you want.
The reality is, after many office visits trying to find an honest and supportive person who really cares, your budget cannot handle any more lab tests and the results you’ve received are not telling you anything specific about what is happening.
Just in the last month, I have had 3 people show up in my world telling me this story is happening with them right now. And I know if it’s happening with them… it is with others.
It’s time to share what works, and why it will work for everyone.
There are certain words which simply belong to the modern medical paradigm, not to herbalists. There are many reasons for this which I may address later. It helps to understand that the words we use for healing describe the fundamental differences between doctors and herbalists.
The language of doctors and the language of herbalists arise from very different points of view. This is as it should be! There is no need for us to use their words. We have a language of our own that explains the very essence of what we do.
Words that belong to doctors are words that are concerned with disease and medicine: prevent, treat, cure, medicine, physician, doctor, patient, prescribe.
Words that belong to herbalists are words that are concerned with health and with plants: teach, consult, plants that promote health, herbs that encourage healing, balance, nurture, herbal formulas, herbal science, herbalist.
This is not about doing the same thing while using different words. This is about understanding the core of what herbalists focus on, and expressing it truthfully and elegantly.
My practicing mantra as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is “give the body what it needs to heal itself, and get out of it’s way”. That’s because the body is a powerful chemical factory capable of creating and maintaining itself. It’s whole goal is to create balance and harmony… and to SURVIVE.
I think it is a foolish practice to give a dose of this or that or isolate a condition and treat that condition. I’ve never seen it work well to attempt healing this way.
What works is to treat the body as a ‘whole mechanism trying to get into balance’. It’s here that you will find the success you’re looking for.
Your body’s condition is to stay balanced in 6 ways: Gut activity, Blood flow, Nerve action, Hormone level, and Lymph system, and Cell Function. When one system struggles… over time the whole system crashes.
And there is not one person I have ever talked with that doesn’t wait until the painful system crash has finally caused them to seek help. I wish more people would seek advice and learning before things get so bad. It’s much harder to fix a bigger issue that has been around awhile.
Doctors have their place…. it’s at the point when people have waited too long to seek help with a full body system crash and they need critical care to stay alive. But, if that doesn’t describe your situation, there is still time to find healing and balance.
You can focus in on what system is causing the problem… and that means taking time and some patience.
OR… You can just follow a few tips to reboot your whole system.
The goal here is to show you how you can take charge of your own healing process. Ultimately, true healing doesn’t come from the hands of anyone but yourself.
This path is all about learning to TRUST YOURSELF.
1. Increase your hydration to a productive level. What do I mean by a productive level? That means your urine looks like clear water when you pee. And in order to pee clear water you will have to drink lots more water than you are now. (and soda or juice is not water)
2. Gently activate your cell’s Toxin Release Response. Water is the first step to activation. 3 lemon wedges squeezed into each 16 ounces of water will activate this response.
3. Stop eating crap. If it comes in a box, bag, or has a commercial, … don’t eat it.
If you can do these 3 steps for 1 month (28 days) … you will have a good start on your path to ending the merry-go-round of prescription medicine, lab tests that reveal nothing, mystery pain and brain fog… and so much more.
